Family Tent Greets over 600 again!
The history behind the “Family Tent,” as many of you know, goes back to 2005, when it originally hosted 25 people. The vision of past Board Member Stacie Fallon, the tent welcomes family members and melanoma patients to a special place of respite, for coffee, food and friendship. This year again, over 600 people were greeted by TRFJ Board Members, Committee Members and physicians. We are truly humbled by the impact this place has on the melanoma community. Because of the growth, we are looking for a sponsor for 2015. Please contact us if you are interested. Food and beverages were generously donated by Aldi, Ulta Foods, Valli Produce, Einstein Bagels, Village Market, Starbucks, Chef Lisa Westergaard and volunteer bakers.
