Marathon Training Phases: There are four training phases in your 22-week plan

  • Base Building Phase (weeks 1-13)
  • Sharpening Phase (weeks 14-19)
  • Taper Phase (weeks 20, 21, 22)
  • Recover Phase (2 weeks after)
